The Ten Steps to Advertising...

Here are a few guidelines to get you started... Only one Add per online form. All Adds will have a link attached to them to guide potential customers to your page.

If you would like to run more than one Add, you will need to fill out a separate form for each Add.

1st. View our Rates so you'll understand how much your paying when running your Add.

2nd. View our Terms so you'll understand what the terms are when posting your Add on Addspace...

3rd Please insert your Business Name and your Digital Signature of the owner of the business between the brackets at the end of the Terms. Example: [ Mack's Hardware / John Davis ]

4th. Choose how many months your Add will run. 3, 6, 9, or 12

5th. Choose the space category you would like your Add too appear in. A, B, C, or D

6th. Choose the number of spaces you would like your Add too appear in. The more spaces you have the bigger your Add will appear. NOTE: Area "A" will only be leased in even quantities. Example: 1-2 or 1-4, 3-6, 9-12 etc...

7th. Type your Add in the box provided below. Follow the examples under the Add box.

8th. Choose a background color to appear behind your Add. NOTE: You do not need a background color if your going to have picture.

9th. Type the page address of the link that your customers will be taken to when they click on your Add, or you may copy and paste your link from your address bar into the space provided below.

10th. Email us and attach a picture if your Add will contain a picture behind your text. Attachments can be in any format attached to your email.

Before we post your Add on Addspace it will be edited for content, and a link will be sent to you via email for your review and approval. Once approved it cannot be changed.

After you have completed steps 1 - 9 you will be ready to continue to the check out.

Your Add will not be posted for a minumum of 7days but within 14 days following the completion of your transaction through the checkout process.

After the editing and the approval process has been completed your Add will be posted on the following Monday and wll appear on our Index page first. Which is the fist page that is seen on the World Wide Web.

It will also appear on our Homepage, our Failed login page, and our Advertising page which is this page that you are viewing now.

Terms:
1. Pipeliners Express, also known as the “Seller” and You, also known as the "Buyer" including but not limited to Individuals, Sole Proprietors, Partners, and all forms of Corporations are entering into a contract and do hereby agree to the following Terms of this agreement, and will be bound by these Terms for a period of not less than ten years after our mutual obligation to Add-space has ended our Buyer/Seller agreement. 
2. All accounts will be established, created and activated through Paypal. We do not offer a "Pay By Check" option. if you do not have a Paypal account you can still complete your transaction using the credit card (cc) or a debit card (dc) option. If you choose the cc or dc option, you will be redirected to a new page to enter your card information and complete the checkout process..  
3. Once your transaction has been processed, and payment has been verified through our account system, you will receive an email from Paypal detailing all of your information about your transaction with Pipeliners Expresses, Add-space.
4. After we have received your Add information, and before it can be posted to Add-space it will be edited for content which includes your verbiage and background content.  
5. Once you have completed the sales transaction with Paypal, and your Add has been posted on our site, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. If your transaction has been completed, and your Add has not been posted to our site, and you cancel your Add within 72 hours from the time your transaction was recorded with Paypal and you request a refund in writing via email. A 25% handling charge will be deducted from your funds and the balance refunded to your Paypal account after 10 normal business days. Normal business days are Monday – Friday only. Holidays that fall on normal business days will not be counted as business days.
6. You agree to hold harmless Pipeliners Express, its Owners or Owner for any damages from any and all third parties including but not limited to Individuals, Sole Proprietors, Partners, and all forms of Corporations against any and all claims arising out of any Copyright Infringement in your Add that may be in violation of the law of any state in the United States of America including Puerto Rico as a result of your Add being posted on Pipeliners Expresses, Add-space.
7. You agree that “you” the "Buyer" will be solely financially responsible for all cost and expenses incurred for legal representation to Pipeliners Express, and its Owners or Owner in any litigation arising from Copyright Infringement. Including but not limited to Attorney fees, legal fees, court filing fees, court cost, mediation fees, postal fees or any other fees or taxes associated with any legal action taken. As well as all forms of transportation to and from Pipeliners Express place of business to any destination in the Continental United States of America, and Puerto Rico where any litigation may be initiated by a Third Party seeking damages. Including round trip (Business) airfare, ground transportation (Midsize Rental Car) insurance and fuel charges, four star hotel accommodations including taxes, and meals. As well as any loss of revenue and/or income to be calculated at the time of litigation.
8. Any terms of this agreement that are illegal, or unenforceable under the law of any State or the United States where any violation may exist does not cancel the remaining terms of this agreement. The remaining terms of this agreement shall be enforced to the full extent that the law will allow.
